MATRUSHAKTI is the untold stroy of that mother, who even after her death continues to live for the protection of her child, she might be devoid of a body of blood and flesh, but the soul moves around the child powering unlimited love and affection for its well being. Before this power the God, the supreme power bows down, nature is compelled to change its laws. No evil force is able to penetrate the protective shield provided by this mother to her beloved child.
Sati films bestows its respect to this loving and all powerful mother. The father of the hero of the story – Satyaprakash, befor his death, leaves behind him all his property in the name of trust created to take care of the would be wife and his children, under the supervision of Dewan Radheshyam. The distantly delated maternal uncle Satrujit and unt Chanchala used to leave with Satya. To capture the property of Satya, they are engaging sister in law mania and have sent both of them together to a distance place, where Maina tries to trap in love Staya, but ultimately with the twist of the story he returns out to be the younger brother of Radheshyam, where as Satya returns home marrying another girl Mamata.
When Mamata understand the real motief of Satrujit and Chanchala she is murdered by a hired goon Billu Pradhan and they told to Satya that Mamata has left home along with all the valuables then next they tried to murder Babuna, son of Mamata, The soul of Mamata protect the child. Satrujit takes help of a tantrik to get rid of the ghost.
Is Mamata able to protect her infant son ? Is the murder of Mamta disclosed ? Are billu, Satrujit and Chanchala punished ? Being a soul how mamata is capable of protecting her family ? By which power ?
